This website offers visitors downloadable digital photography for sale. Who can use ArticSpace.com services

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for displayed products at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional pricing and sales tax information is available on the checkout page.

Digital Download Products

The delivery of digital products offered on www.articspace.com is simplified through a download link sent via email and will also be available on the thank you page after the purchase is completed.

The delivery of the digital product to your email may take a few minutes. This is due to the verification process through the payment processor. If you don’t receive the email with the download link within thirty minutes of making the purchase, please contact us at help.articspace@gmail.com, and we will resend your product.

Please note that the download link in your email is only active for 30 days. If you don’t download it within the 30-day period, you can request the delivery of the digital product again by emailing help.articspace@gmail.com.

Furthermore, since it is a digital download product, the common situations involving physical product delivery, such as delivery time, transportation, loss insurance, among others, do not apply.

Shipping of Physical Products

The manufacturing, packaging, and shipping of physical products are managed through the company www.printful.com. Our physical products offered on www.articspace.com operate under the Print On Demand model, and we only own the designs available in our store.

 

Delivery Timelines

The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is the time when your order is expected to be delivered. A simple equation is used to calculate the EDT:

Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

Our average order processing time is 2-5 business days for all products customized by Printful and across all techniques.

To calculate the estimated processing time, we take into account the current order volume and our processing capacity. Similarly, we calculate the estimated shipping time based on our historical data for deliveries in your area or sales region.

For all these reasons, the estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some reasons why an order might be delivered later than expected:

  • Issues with print or embroidery files
  • Products out of stock
  • Shipping-related delays, such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions, or adverse weather conditions

However, www.printful.com will strive to meet the estimates in the delivery timelines for each order.

If you ever find that the EDT has already passed, please wait a little longer. If 5 business days have passed, and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us via email (support-es@printful.com).

 

How to Track Your Order?

Once your order has been prepared, it will be handed over to the carrier, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking on that number, you can view the latest updates on the location of your shipment through the tracking page on www.printful.com.

When an order is in the delivery process, updates on its status will depend on the transportation service. In case you encounter any issues, please contact support-es@printful.com, and they will assist you to the best of their ability.

 

Countries where physical product shipping is not available.

 

Printful is not available in some countries due to legal restrictions or transportation limitations.

The list of restricted destinations may change over time and depending on circumstances. Currently, Printful is not available and does not ship to the following destinations:

  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Crimea
  • Luhansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Iran, Syria
  • North Korea.

Please note that due to the Russia-Ukraine war, there are significant limitations on shipments to Ukraine. Currently, products from our Catalog available at our Latvia facility can be shipped to Ukraine.

Due to the impact related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other service disruptions, our carriers also do not offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on October 26, 2022):

  • Bhutan
  • Chad
  • Cayman Islands
  • Solomon Islands
  • Laos
  • Libya
  • Mongolia
  • Papua New Guinea
  • Samoa

The list of countries where our carriers do not offer international shipping may change. You can always check the updated list on the USPS page.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Digital Download Products

Please note that our digital download products are consumed once downloaded. However, if you have any dissatisfaction with the downloaded image, you can request a 100% refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. Just email us at help.articspace@gmail.com and provide the following information:

  • Email used for the purchase.
  • Buyer’s first and last name.
  • Order number.
  • Optionally, you can let us know the reason for requesting the refund so that we can continue to improve.

If you encounter any issues with the file or the download itself, you can reach out to help.articspace@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you. If needed, we can resend the previously purchased files.

Return of Physical Products

Time to Make a Claim

Any claim for a misprinted, damaged, or defective item must be submitted within 30 days from the date of product receipt. In the case of packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

How Can I Report a Problem with My Order?

 

You can report problems with an order from your Printful Dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Printful account.
  2. Find the order on the relevant page with the reference number.
  3. Click on the order to open the order summary.
  4. Click on ‘Report’ to open the problem reporting window.
  5. Describe the problem in detail and upload relevant photos whenever possible.
  6. Click ‘Report a Problem’.

Please note that Printful may request that you send a photo with the problem report to initiate the reshipment. It’s always better to include photos with the initial problem report to avoid delays.

 

Where Are Returns Sent?

 

The return address for your order depends on where your package was fulfilled. This is predetermined by Printful.

  • Packages shipped from our center in Spain are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages shipped from our centers in the United States and Mexico are returned to our Charlotte center: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
  • Packages shipped from our center in Latvia are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages shipped from our center in the United Kingdom are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages managed by our center in Canada are returned to 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
  • Packages managed by our associated center in Brazil are returned to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias – RJ, Brazil.
  • Packages managed by our center in Japan are returned to Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, 863-0101, Japan.
  • Packages managed by our associated centers in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (orders with clothing); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (for other products except phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (for phone cases).

Once the returned package reaches our center, we will notify you via email. Depending on the reason for the return, we will decide how to proceed.

 

What If the Recipient’s Address Was Incorrect?

 

If the recipient’s address is incorrect, you (the customer) are responsible. Typically, the package is returned to the return address. We will contact you to provide an updated address. However, packages sometimes do not get returned to the sender. In this case, you will need to process a new order to replace the original one.

 

Retention of the right to change offer

We may, without prior notice, change products and/or services; stop providing the products and/or services or any features of the products and/or services we offer; or create limits for it. We may permanently or temporarily suspend access to products and/or services without notice or liability for any or no reason.

Warranties and Product Liability

The digital products offered on www.articspace.com are guaranteed to provide all the features explained on said website. Our liability is limited to the forwarding of digital downloads purchased by the customer, if necessary.

We are not responsible for the variation of colors that the photographs could experience due to the display on different monitors.

Possession of intellectual property, copyright, and logos.

The Service, digital products and all materials included or transferred, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all the Intellectual Property Rights related to them, are the exclusive property of www.articspace.com. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

Right to suspend or cancel the user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the foregoing, with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be suspended only upon expiration of the applicable period for which you have already made payment.

Compensation

You agree to indemnify and hold Miguelangel Pérez harmless from any suit, loss, liability, claim or expense (including attorneys’ fees) made against you by third parties as a result of, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services and/or products offered on the website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Miguelangel Pérez be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, goodwill, use, data. or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Miguelangel Pérez assumes no responsibility for (i) errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever as a result of your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material way, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the website or our service after such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You agree to receive messages and promotional materials from us from time to time, by post, email or any other contact form you provide to us (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you do not wish to receive such promotional materials or notices, simply notify us at any time.

Preference for law and dispute resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided herein, and any and all claims and disputes relating to this and/or the services, shall be governed by, construed and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Ecuador, Quito, without respect for its principles of conflict of laws. All claims and disputes shall be brought and you agree to be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the city of Quito. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
